Immigration Reform Bill 2013

The Immigration Reform Bill 2013 was introduced in the Senate by the Gang of 8. Gang of 8 is the name given to the group of 8 Senators, both Democrats and Republicans, who worked on this bill.

The bill was introduced later than planned because of the Boston Marathon bombings. The debate is on about the bill and it is to be seen what the future of the bill will be.  The 844 page immigration reform bill is named “Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act of 2013”.
