As of noon yesterday – Oct 2, 2012, the registration for the DV lottery for the year 2014 has started. What does this mean? The official government site is open and has started accepting green card lottery applications.
If you are eligible to participate in the green card lottery and have not yet registered, you need to do so immediately. Do not wait for the last moment! Who knows what can happen? Your system may crash, you may have trouble with the internet connection, you may not have the information at hand, you may not have the correct photos, you may not have enough time to complete your application, an alien may steal your laptop! Just about anything could happen to keep you from registering on time.
The submission period is only for one month. Seems long enough when you think 30 days, but one day is already gone and it won’t take a lot of time to reach the last day. So, get all the information you need, get your photos and sign on immediately to complete and submit your application.
If you are not sure of how to proceed, or if you need assistance with the application, or if you feel one hour is not enough to finish the application, all you need to do is head over to USAGreenCardLottery.org and sign up. For a small fee you will be able to complete an error-free application, get your photos validated and relax. The website will submit your application for you.

You can apply through DV Lottery Government website during the month of October for 2016 DV lottery or if its private website, you can apply anytime and they will guide you.

DV Lottery do not allow fee …..IT IS FREE TO APPLY GREEN CARD LOTTERY….
